Products looked great but don't be fooled. Extremely rude and arrogant team. Very difficult to get hold of. They will be quick enough to take your money then can't be arsed with customers once a deposit has been paid. Absolutely disgusted with this company.

Very poor experience in dealing with Fairway Wheels. I placed an order on the 1st June 2021, paid the deposit same day and was promised 6-8 week delivery. I've had to continually chase on updates, because never once have Fairway Wheels reached out. 12 weeks on, still waiting and still don't have a delivery date. The reason I strongly recommend avoiding Fairway Wheels is the fact there is no communication. Getting hold of anyone at Fairway Wheels is extremely difficult, they don't follow up over email nor on their promises to provide updates. The situation is massively aggravated by their Sales Director, Mark Ainsworth. Mark's carefree and horribly arrogant attitude is quite unbelievable. Mark isn't one to EVER provide any update and instead just deliver excuse and excuse, his favourite being "we're really busy" and "I don't control shipping". On several occasions Mark just tells me that if I take a refund I can't get the product elsewhere. Mark clearly thinks the company he works for is something special and it's gone to his head. Fairyway Wheels are just drop shipping this product, they aren't involved at all in any part of manufacturing. I deeply regret dealing with Fairway Wheels, they've wasted alot of my time and clearly don't care for their customers. It should have been a very positive experience and all that was really required was to receive weekly updates given how overdue the order is. Excuses and arrogant comments get tiring very quickly.

Ordered a new cart,....in May, promise after promise broken. Now October and still more broken promises. As I paid in full I now have to try and get my money back....But they came good in the end, they went out of their way to make up for the late delivery and fixed faults on other carts free of charge. Well done guys.
