I thoroughly enjoy working at Fairway, they are a company that truly care about their staff, customers and the quality of their service. Management are supportive and constantly encourage professional development, with ongoing training and qualifications free of charge across the board. Culture is fantastic, fair and motivating. Incentives are excellent, including a 4 day working week. I feel that Fairway value me and my work-life balance.

Not my own personal experience but since my daughter has worked for fairway they have cancelled numerous shifts on her, when she has been up and ready to go to work, she would get a text to say they are double booked and no longer needed, then they will text again or phone her an hour later to say she is now needed then cancel on her again. The staff at the office have also been very rude and very unprofessional I would not recommend working for this agency.

At embark learning I honestly enjoyed the MCP course throughly with Paul and the tutors were honestly the best esp Kelly Bailey, Tina and Saf are some of the nicest people here honestly the service is amazing and the support they is really good. I definitely will reccomend this to all my friends and family as this is one of the most rewarding courses out there.
