AVOID!! People like me were asked to leave reviews during the purchase, when the service was lovely, as the staff were trying to sell the flats as soon as possible. However, I had a very poor experience with the service provided AFTER purchasing my flat. The construction was poor quality and the apartment fell apart after just a few months. Other residents in our complex have expressed the same concerns. The walls are uneven, visibly bulging, the windows were scratched. The balcony is also rusting, and keeping the water among other issues. In addition, there were loud air pumps in the Kingston East location that were investigated only after a few months, when the noise level decreased to 35 dB due to warmer weather. During the winter, the noise level was unbearable. I would advise caution when considering this property.. Also most reviews on Google are left by their employees, just view their other opinions, - it seems like they were purchasing flats all at the same time in all Fairview locations :) AVOID AVOID AVOID !!

Don't be confused by the glowing reviews - they compensate people for those. Fairview were pleasant enough to deal with initially, but as soon as they've secured your money they basically disappear. The quality of their install (and that of their subcontractors) is terrible. They made an initial token effort at clearing up issues with our new flat, and if it was anything more complicated than a bit of decorating (which was still poorly fixed) they were clueless and just pointed the finger at their subs who simply never responded. I'm certain that nobody actually took responsibility for quality control on the property as the issues have been endless. Definitely don't recommend them. But not sure any other large residential developer would be any better!

All the positive reviews on here must be fake, bought, or from internal staff, because no actual human being would ever leave a positive review for Fairview Homes. We purchased a new home from them back in 2020 and it's been one issue after another since day 1. Bad craftsmanship, broken gates, broken intercoms. Fairview are now long gone from the project and we're left with a flat that's already falling apart, dodgy management teams, and a very sour taste in our mouths.

Had a pleasure to meet Monica and Asem form the sales team a week ago. They both were super friendly and welcoming. Have showed me around the development and provided all the requested information. Having talked to more than 30+ real estate agents in a last month can definitely say that experience at Fairview stands out.

The whole company has a bad culture. Sales team is lovely but they push you to buy the "last available properties" when there are still better options to be sold but not in their time line just yet. They say it is selling fast and it is not. After buying the property, the after sales team makes little to no effort to help you solve the problems in the flat. And there will be problems. When we did the viewing we specifically asked the sales team about sound proofing of the flats and they ensured us it was great. They lied. We have been experiencing noise nuisance and Fairview refuses to solve the problem and tried to blame the residents creating a bad atmosphere between neighbours. If you are thinking about buying with them, think twice because what they offer is different to what they deliver.

I had a great experience with the staff in fairview and they have guided us with the process and answered our questions really well even when it was our first time to buy. Very accommodating and friendly staff. ✨ However after having the flat I found that small bits of tamper means they won’t fix anything on that. So there goes your home warranty. Plus our water heating keeps having problems
