We use the refill stations here regularly for our domestic cleaning needs. They have in most cases a choice per cleaning product and we find it is marginally cheaper than buying in the supermarket whilst saving single use plastics. The service is always lovely, however their system of weighing and deducting some times takes a little longer than expected. Self service should be extended to own weigh to save time, and kitchen towel should be at arms reach to mop up drips when self serving.

Used this service when had no washing machine, have found spots in most items of clothing such as the one pictured. Ruined multiple items of clothing including some very expensive ones. Logos have come off of clothes as well (also pictured). Will never return or use this service again.
