Top hotel for business and wellness. Great conference rooms, and an even better gym and spa and swimming pool set up. Rooms are lovely, and the surrounding pubs and grounds are great too!

The receptionist on the phone was very abrupt, didnāt explain the packages clearly and cut me off half way with āoh no we have no half spa days availableā, and went to put the phone down, even though I was interested in a full spa day. Very uncomfortable phonecall. I have been for many spa days at the Fairmont before and loved it, but the quality of service from the receptionists needs to improve.
