Stayed here every weekend for 6 months. It’s was very nice and comfortable to stay there after a difficult day at work and the lake view through the window made it even better. Lovely place, clean and tidy tool with everything you could need. We were kindly given a glass of wine on arrival too! Our room also had views of the Bishops Waltham ruins. Idyllic, quiet retreat walking distance from the high street. Rooms : 5/5 | Service : 5/5 | Location : 5/5 … More

Simply amazing. I received a very warm welcome when I arrived, along with a complimentary glass of red wine. The room was spacious, immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. Also my room overlooked the ruins and was stunning. The owners were very attentive and I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

I had a wonderful stay at Fairlawn. Craig is an amazing host, he welcomed us at arrival with a big smile and cold beer/wine. He went out his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was great with hot croissants, perfectly poached eggs and good strong coffee. The location is perfect, right opposite the beautiful ruins which could also be seen from the bedroom window and within an easy 5 mins walk to the village centre which has a great Pub. The bedroom was super spacious with a lovely comfy bed, quality linen & towels and a big modern and clean bathroom. Fairlawn B&B is an excellent value for money stay and I will definitely be back. 10/10
