very poor company to buy a property from, customer service are useless, we also get fobbed off alot, the workmanship is poor, snagging list is very long, and we suppose to have bought our dream home but end up being a nightmare. LATEST UPDATE.. THIS IS WHAT I HAD TO SEND TO FAIRGROVE BY EMAIL AND STILL NO REPLY. Evening, we have lived at our new home for over 4 years and we are sick of our back garden flooding. Year by year it gets far worse and now i have started to look into the problem why. I have stripped our lovely grassed lawn up, dug up tones of clay and also a big mass of building meterials. We are fuming with the amount of rubbish under our lawn and no wonder we don't have any drainage etc. What i have found so far is loads of unused house bricks, concrete wrapped in plastic, a massive road side concrete edge that weighs a ton, Wooden pallets half burnt, full pallets, buckets of rubble, rocks and I still haven't finished the garden yet. I am so nackered coming home after work trying to redo our lawn and I'm being slowed down because of the sloppy lazy builders. We have paid for a 8 ton skip and we be on our next 8 ton skip. Since we lived at this house we have paid out hundreds of pounds to fix all faults and we have had enough. We are going to the papers about our garden, to show them what we have found under our lawn.

Don’t provide what you actually pay for and leave you with unfinished and unsafe garden on a ‘luxury’ property. Photos show how my property has been left. Fairgrove refuse to do anymore work on the garden as they ‘do not accept they are genuine defects’. My property also has water ingress that relates to the garden patio structure built on to my townhouse. Whole place is an unfinished mess and the communication with customers is poor.
