Our cat has had 5 trips in 4 years to Fairfield. Never had a problem with them, out cat had a accident on one trip and the ladies that look after the both cats and dogs ran his pet carrier mat through the washing machine. We don't know of another cattery kennels that offer the messenger service. A god send with kids and take his own food.

Staff are friendly and welcoming, good communication when pets stay providing updates, each pen and kennel have individual heat lamps for colder nights, kennels are clean. Been taking pets to Fairfields for over 20 years and never had any problems. They really care about your pet which puts us at ease.

Not enough heat lamps for all cats. Had to ask for our cat to have a heat lamp 4 times (we called repeatedly and didn't get confirmation) despite saying our cat is a house cat not used to cold weather. Cat returned thin and bony. Lots of food not eaten. Even though we said - please throw away old food and replace with new. Lastly, cattery is run by two secondary school age teenagers who we didn't feel were mature or responsible enough.

We were so worried about putting our dog into a kennel, especially our frenchie who suffers with separation anxiety and zoomies, but he loved it, and the girls are so lovely too! Thank you so much for looking after our Georgie x
