I have recently received Excellent care at this hospital. From entering the hospital at reception , to the final procedure, I was so very well cared for. The clinical staff on the ward were excellent, so kind and professional, ensuring I was informed at all times. Mr McLindon and the theatre staff were wonderful and put me so at ease throughout the whole procedure. I was very impressed with the care I received.

I booked a private ENT appointment here due to having debilitating ear pain and couldn’t cope with waiting for the NHS appointment to come through. I paid over £200 for a consultation which I was willing to pay, however the appointment lasted no longer than 2 minutes. The doctor glanced at my ears, told me to book a hearing test (my hearing is fine !) and that he’d see me again after that. I was absolutely distraught and very upset leaving the appointment, knowing I’d spent a lot of money, but went to reception and asked to book the hearing test. When I asked how much it would be, the woman at reception giggled to her colleague and then looked at me like I was an alien. She then proceeded to tell me she didn’t have a clue how much it would cost me. I couldn’t believe I was being asked to book something without knowing how much it would cost? Would you go to a hair dresser and expect to book an appointment without being told how much it would cost? She then said the next available follow up appointment with the ENT doctor was in 2 months time. At this point I broke down in tears - I was willing to pay (if I knew the cost!!), because I am currently at the lowest point in my life with a pain I can’t cope with, because I thought it would be quicker than the NHS. I was so upset and the woman did absolutely nothing to console or reassure me - in fact she made me feel awful and horrible. I ended up leaving the hospital extremely confused and upset. Anyway, I decided not to go back there. A week later I actually got my NHS referral and STRAIGHT AWAY was seen by a doctor who looked up my nose with a camera, looked in my ears with a camera, I have now been sent for further blood tests and an MRI… all this and it’s free and quicker than this hospital. The care and timeframes I received was shocking and I was actually left traumatised by my experience.

Excellent hospital..normally dealing with Private patients but have also been supporting NHS patients. My Son had day surgery there and the staff were so attentive and kind and very efficient. He wasn't treated any differently to a private patient.

Steer well clear of this hospital. There are far superior private hospitals out there. As a Fairfield patient, you’ll risk paying twice. I attended Fairfield hospital as a private patient, I should have walked straight back out when I saw the dated decor and ripped waiting room seats. Alas after spending £195 for a consultation prior to attending, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The consultation lasted approximately 5 minutes, where an excision was agreed, and a biopsy insisted upon, for the dermatologist to obviously silently decide to do a shave instead, as it must have been more convenient for him. When this has been challenged, excuses were made that this was stipulated on quotation, when I was quoted via telecom for an excision, and conveniently there was no mention of this telephone call or an offer to listen back to this. After paying an amount for an initial meeting, you feel inclined to book with this poor excuse of a hospital, as you’ve already paid a figure. On operation day, not one of the staff bothered to apologise for the half hour delay. The dermatologist then gained written consent through deceived means, turning the consent form over, so that the procedure description was hidden, and instruction was given to sign for ‘taking a mole out for you.’ This is not informed consent; hiding the procedure description and a clever use of words to suit himself is extremely deceptive. The actual procedure was extremely uncomfortable, with no less than 3 staff stood members in silence throughout. I still don’t know whether something happened prior to my entrance, or whether Fairfield hospital simply do not care whether their patients are put at ease. After the procedure, a plaster was placed over the surgery site and I was instructed to leave this on for two days. Fairfield argued that if I had believed that the wrong procedure had been done, then this should have been challenged - as I must have the ability of X-Ray vision. The hospital also won’t bother to contact you about the biopsy result, as it probably wasn’t needed in the first place and just requires more money. Avoid this hospital at all costs and find somewhere else, otherwise you’ll risk being left with a horrendous scar and getting someone else to fix it. Further surgery has proved that the bad scarring is not down to my physiology, though Fairfield do not care about this. The Chief Executive is happy to lie, employ and defend deceptive staff, be happy with poor results and let the hospital go to ruin.

I absolutely adore Mr Raj, I've seen so many consultants but I've never come across someone like Mr Raj, he's wonderful and makes you so relaxed and his amazing nurses are also lovely. This is by far the BEST hospital I've been to. Thank you Fairfield hospital for making me feel welcome and relaxed ❤️❤️

Got a nose job at Fairfield from Dr Liew, do not recommend. He’s left my nose wonky, asymmetrical and long. I went in for an appointment after the surgery as I wasn’t happy with the appearance and he told me to massage the tip to basically make it straight instead of wonky. Looking back this is ridiculous advice and it obviously did not change the appearance at all. I’ll be needing a revision to make my nose straight again
