Although I didn’t purchase a vehicle from here I would like to say the customer service from David was great, he was very friendly and polite any questions I had he answered no problem and didn’t even need to ask for a walk around video he just went and recorded one for me as soon as I enquired about the vehicle 👍🏼

Very disappointed. I waited approximately a week for my appointment for my vehicle repair and on the day, was told the issue had been resolved and the vehicle was ready to collect. Upon collection, the same issue/error code was present. As they were closing, they agreed to call me the following morning and get me booked back in straight away. I didn't receive a call, as promised, so called them, only to be told I'd have to wait another week and wouldn't be prioritised in any way, despite the error on their part. I expressed my dissatisfaction, but they didn’t seem to care. The usually good service is quite clearly less of a priority now. I won’t be using them again.

I have had a good chance to buy my car (Audi Q3) from Fairfield Billericay and I should definitely admit the quality of the cars they keep are at a very high standard . Mr. David Santinella , the gentleman who handled the process is super helpful from the initial talk to hand over and any further queries. He seems to be well aware of the car details and patiently explained me all the features as if a new dealer would do. Their process are very straight forward and digital , that will not leave you with bunch of papers :) I definitely recommend Fairfield Billericay
