I dropped them an email fairly late on Wednesday evening asking for a same day clean and dry for a super king duvet. I wasn’t expecting a reply so quickly! Gordon text me that evening and arranged to collect it on Thursday morning. He Turned up when he promised and the duvet has come back feeling and smelling so fresh! He gave me advice on what to do when I got it back in order to keep it fresh which was very appreciated. Overall great service and will definitely use again.

took my clothes here for a wash, guess my surprise when I saw feces stains on them! They smell like a public toilet. Staff admitted it was what I thought was and didn’t offer a refund. Tell your owner to use a toilet and not my clothes!
