Doctor prescribed out of stock medicines twice, wasting a lot of time. And yes the phones take forever to get through so having to call 3 times wasted a lot. In one instance the receptionist hadn't passed a message on to the doctor in the morning so when I called back at 4pm nothing had been done. Finally message was related a d medicines prescribed. Inefficient and alow

I don’t understand the poor reviews on here. I’ve always found the receptionists very helpful and the GP’s and nurses/healthcare assistants most pleasant. They’ve always rung me when they say they will, and I couldn’t ask for more. Thank you.

Don't bother they will cancel on you then offer you a appointment months later They do not care about there patients Was given a appointment three weeks ago for today and they choose to cancel then offer me appointment month later Honestly go with a different surgery because this one is a waste of time I support the nhs fully but the way ive been treated isn't their fault its the surgery I also rang up and someone gave a me a false time for 10.20am when infact my appointment was 9.50am just be aware what surgery you choose

Good diagnostic skills, but had to install an automatic redialler app to get through. Took 68 attempts this morning for less than 1 minute call to arrange a telephone call back about blood results. Why is their time more important than the 40 minutes it took me to get through, and why not just ring with the results when convenient rather than waste my time. So annoying that excellent doctors are letting down their patients due to process !

Got all the codes to finally sign up to the NHS app today and got to admit it was a doddle,I'm not the best with IT,the lady who dealt with me was very patient and understanding of my my concerns and helped me immensely. I've been a patient with this surgery for over 40 years and have got to admit I'm glad I'm registered here although I live in Whitefield,I believe if I tried to register here today it would not be possible owing to where I live. Dr Philbin is a fantastic doctor who has helped me greatly with my recent complications,I feel very comfortable and confident when in his surgery,hats off to Dr Kathuria and Dr Taylor as well,3 very talented doctors who I cannot fault but only praise to the hilt.

It is impossible to get an appointment. Even if you get through the archaic appointment system, you will be told the practice only takes appointments for medical emergencies, children and the elderly.
