Fairfax provided and fitted a stair carpet (Victoria carpets, Frontier Marble range). Showroom had a good range to choose from and I received professional advice - the service was much better than my previous purchases from a large London department store. The fitting was excellent standard. All in all, highly recommended.

Outstanding: Dinan and his team are not only consummate professionals, they are also kind and thoughtful and so a pleasure to deal with. Dinan could not have been more helpful re replacing a flood-damaged floor, with extensive damp monitoring and exceptionally detailed, practical advice re how best to prepare for the work and the most suitable flooring. Albin, who installed the floor, was also a pleasure to deal with, and his work was immaculate. Highly recommended.
