Nothing was too much trouble. I got to try on everything I wanted and purchase what I wanted. A one hour appointment felt like such a long time to fill, but it was just right. I loved the till system, using a tablet and card machine, meant I could pay whilst sat in the chair and not have to go up to a counter to pay. Ellie was lovely and knowledgeable about the products and how to protect them. I emailed them with what I was wanting to try and everything was there waiting for me, ordered in especially where they didn’t have it already. A really great service and a wonderful treat.

What a wonderful experience for my birthday and belated birthday celebration for my daughter. All the items I had requested were available to try on and nothing was too much trouble. The champagne, balloon and little gift added to the magic. There was no pressure to make a purchase but of course, with such gorgeous items we each came away with blue box treats. Thank you Helmsley staff.
