The worst place I've stayed. No chair at desk dirty handprints everywhere very load area broken blind no curtains, about 10ml of water diluted handsoap in a large sticky bottle, hole in the wall, broken draw. Wasn't offered to carry to my bags up 4 flights of stairs & he didn't seem happy to until I mentioned my spinal condition. Zero communication on how to check in I was just stood looking around until I called them.
