Had a broken denture, and this lab initially impressed me with the building they were in. Made the phone call, and from then on I couldn't be more impressed with the advice, honesty and professionalism of the technician I had the pleasure of dealing with, Andy. Because of my prior commitments he even went into the lab on the Saturday so that I could collect the repair, which is now better than it's original state.
