    I have lived on an estate managed to buy this organisation for nearly 25 years and I must confess that the interim manager needs to go. He refuses to find a replacement full-time permanent manager yet he clearly cannot cope with a level of management required by one TMO let alone 2. He passes the buck to the council on any task or service he refuses to do but is treating our TMO like his personal fiefdom and we as the tenants and residents are his pawns and don't matter. We need to shut them down. If I could deliver nil point I would, but I'm being forced to give something so I'll give one star 🌟 very disappointing 😑😑😑

    Absolutely horrendous service . Apart from Ade the staff there are very unhelpful . Serious rent anomalies and money not being put on rent account with little to no help from staff .am looking for any other tenants who are experiencing the same problems . Please get in contact

    The service is very very poor full of people not qualified to be in the private sector worst than council workers! Absolutely pathetic service they are just there for the monthly pay cheques! Full of words BUT no action at least with the council you could make waves for the incompetent BUT these don't know the basics of giving callers YOUR name!...They like to hide behind their incompetence...
