On his first visit Karl tested my mains flow rate to check I could have a combi, as I wanted to replace my aging system boiler and cylinder setup. He then suggested a couple of Worcester Bosch options based on that. Karl and Adrian came to fit a couple of weeks later (as they'd had a cancellation), and everything is now up and running perfectly. They have done a great job, and were very professional and friendly, as were the admin team in the office. I have been really impressed by this company and would highly recommend.

Mother in laws boiler ceased to function and her usual plumber said the parts to repair were not available/obsolete. Rung these guys and Carl came out same day to quote for a new boiler and quickly sourced a replacement gas valve which was the source of the problem rather than a new boiler. Next day he sent Jamie round to fit the part and happy days boiler now working fine and they saved my mother in law £3500. Excellent and friendly service. Very satisfied
