    AVOID. Felt confident with him during the quotation process, then everything went drastically downhill after I paid the deposit. False promises, unresponsive and evasive. No work got done and he failed to refund my deposit. I reported to respective authorities with evidence of the issues, an investigation has been started. Complete waste of time.

    Although Fadi came across as competent, he did not end up fitting our carpets. We met and agreed a cutting plan, price, start date and I ordered the carpets accordingly. Then he missed two agreed times to fit the carpets and postponed me a week. Both times he only messaged me under an hour before he was due to come. He said he was dealing with a personal situation which is absolutely fine but since him saying that, there was poor communication and no response from him. I have since been ghosted by him despite chasing and so had to find another fitter to work to his floorplan on short notice. Personal issues are part of life and that is not a problem at all, but keeping customers in the dark and ghosting them is not professional behaviour, especially when Fadi knew our need for urgency and how reliant we were on him. If he had given us prior notice we would have parted ways amicably and I would have had time to find a new fitter.
