Walked in to the store on Monday 3/4/23. Wayne was very polite and helpful. Chose bed and mattress bundle for an absolute bargain. Advised on how to care for the mattress to avoid any issues with unevenness. 2 days later, no fuss or hassle with delivery. Advised the bed would be delivered after 1pm, called received at 2:30pm and all assembled by 2:45. The 2 delivery drivers were very polite and friendly. My old bed was removed, along with all the packaging from the new bed. Would highly recommend.

Reported an issue in August on a sofa bought from their Denton branch, have called them almost every week since and still nothing has been solved. Booked time off work for the upholsterer and they never turned up. Customer service is terrible and not helpful at all. Asked for compensation as we've had a damaged sofa for months and they said it makes no difference to them as they already have their money from the finance company. Terrible service, are amazing on the buildup to taking your money and after that they don't do anything about the terrible quality of their products. Would not recommend.

Extremely happy with my new sofa suites. In store there is a great range The customer service in-store was brilliant. All staff are friendly, approachble and helpful. They were very accomodating when I needed to change the delivery dates. They kept me up to date with everything. The delivery drivers, Neil and James, brought in the suites carefully and ensured there was no damage. They even took my old sofas away for a small price! They were friendly and professional. Definitely will be using this company again.

This place is wheelchair accessible. It is calm and quiet, and peaceful. It has both accessible parking outside and an accessible entrance. The sofa's are expensive, so bear that in mind before coming to look or browse here - depends what your budget is of course.
