Absolutely nightmare. Rude customer services. His name was Jack and he wont just listen and carry on talking. They first missed the delivery and we had to pay the fitters £100 for cancellation. When they delivered they missed the item and because of that we again had to pay £100 fitters for coming back. No compensation offered, only offered to refund delivery fee which was only £39.

Floor arrived on time and in good condition. However, despite having a similar sample, the colour did not suit the room (flooring looked different to the colour on the website) and I asked to send it back, only to be told I have to pay to return it. Cheapest quote so far is £100, so will be losing a lot of money.
