Both doctors Rachna and Jonathan have helped rebuild my confidence in seeking help for a problem with my eye. I have had a follow up consultation (no further cost) to make sure the treatment was right for me. This is the first time I haven't felt rushed, I was allowed to ask all the questions I wanted and i am a particularly anxious patient so this was appreciated. I don't think you can review Rachna and Jonathan without first mentioning Patient Care Manager, Jo. I would never have persevered to see them if it wasn't for her faith in their abilities. Her professionalism and support is second to none. My initial consultation was informal and positive. I walked in with the usual ageing concerns, I left knowing I found the right people to help. The passion for their work refreshing, I felt they genuinely wanted me to look and feel good about myself. So far I've had Optilight for rosacea. Four sessions of a short but quite painful procedure. I was kept reassured and calm throughout. Given my treatment so far if I choose to have any 'work' done in the future I will only see Rachna and Jonathan.

I was very pleased to have booked a consultation with Face Restoration. I was seen by both Dr Murthy and Professor Roos and given a very detailed assessment of skin, facial structure and eye health. Throughout the appointment you are encouraged to ask as many questions as is needed. The session was personalised, in depth and not at all rushed. Post assessment I was provided with a letter summarising that which was discussed and a treatment plan. The Patient Care Manager Jo has also been brilliant in accommodating me during my booking process.
