Greetings gents, You have a systematic global problem where your users meta accounts get hacked, 2FA gets activated locking the owners from their business pages of instagram accounts, the recovery system fails and users loose years of work without any customer suport or chance to resolve this. The hackers later change the account details and continue a chain reaction of scaming other victims, friends of the account holder. The "social hackers" ask for hundreds of EUR as ransom for the account. Some people have no option but to pay. This is a bad business practice, and affects your public image on a global scale, as some businesses wont return to your services after such an episode, its not easy starting everything over again after years of posts, reviews, and contacts made. Been trying to reach you for a year now, w/o any luck. Thought i'd leave you a message here, perhaps you'll take this matter seriously and approach me to assist you in patching this major issue. It affects hundreds of accounts on a daily basis. Some people suicided after loosing their instagram account and falling to desperation, its...just wrong to leave such unjustice unchecked.
