Made a reservation by classpass arrived thete no one was there. They told me would call me fot a new appointment no one called me. They called me next day trying to make appointment for the weekend in the morning, stay thinking long to find a time and then i said do you know what i will not coming, the answer was “ok then not my problem”.

Rebecca is absolutely outstanding, and the signature facial is hands down the best results driven facial in London. The difference after even one visit is remarkable and I just wouldn’t consider going anywhere else now. The spa and hotel is stunning too, so it always makes for a lovely relaxing visit.

Rebecca is an absolute skin angel! She saved me when I was struggling with both excema and acne in the months running up to my wedding and left me with beautiful glowing skin on the day. Her facials are the perfect combination of relaxing and productive and I have never had the visible results I got with the galvanic from any other facialist.
