When I contacted her on the phone for the first time, she was happy to talk for about 20 mins and kindly listened to my situation and asked some questions. I was very thankful already for the time she spent listening to me. I think her sessions are very gentle and solid, I could relax very well every time. It is a precious time. In the end of the session, the feedback she gave for my condition related to my organs, made sense and was helpful. Her general advice is also helpful as well. Rosemary is a wonderful therapist who I have been visiting for a few years now for reflexology and Indian Head Massage. As well as giving amazing treatments, she is a delight to be with. She has a calmness and sincerity about her and you are always made to feel so welcomed. Time is given to talk about how you are, before your treatment begins. She is a very intuitive practitioner, and just knows the areas that need extra attention. Her treatments are both strong and relaxing, and she also gives time at the end for post treatment feedback.

She was warm and welcoming and was very thorough in discussing the reasons for my visit before the actual treatment. I never had reflexology before and the whole experience was wonderful, really relaxing and peaceful- I think I dozed off a couple of times! I will definitely be going back again and would recommend Rosemary to anyone interested in trying out reflexology.

I highly recommend Reflexology with Rosemary as I had sciatica in my entire right leg. I could not feel anything, not even my toes and not put any weight on my right leg. After an initial reflexology treatment with Rosemary I did feel some relief. Subsequently a few more reflexology treatments speeded up my recovery. I highly recommend Rosemary for reflexology treatment, I found her to have empathy and a good understanding of my situaltion, especialy to first timers who are in pain or discomfort as the nervous system connects everything.
