I would like to make a formal complaint in relation to the service I have received. I would like to confirm I have spent over £500 on laser hair removal with no results. I was promised results and you failed to deliver. The job has not/never been done properly. Your service workers do not use sanitary equipment and barely use towels to cover. This goes against human dignity. I have had to ask on numerous occasions to allow me to be comfortable. This is not how I expect to be treated or anyone in that matter. It was my first time that I went to this place, I had no experience and I thought this is how it should be! But when I tried different place and a lot cheaper, I realised I was wrong. After returning to the clinic this week to continue my laser hair removal treatments, I was greeted by Ella and shown through to the treatment room. Ella made me feel so comfortable, relaxed and I felt like I was in such capable hands of a knowledgeable young lady! I really feel like Ella deserves to be recognised for how amazing her customer service is. After talking through my experiences in life with unwanted hair (a really embarrassing conversation I never thought I’d have) Ella was so relatable and has encourage and supported me to go ahead with a treatment I never though I’d be comfortable enough to do! Honestly, I just wanted to give praise where it’s needed and I am so impressed with Ellas knowledge, passion and professionalism for such a young lady, she is a credit to the Face and Body team. I know it’s not often people take time out of their day to praise people, however I really wanted to make sure that I made the effort to let you know of my fabulous experience.
