I had a permanent make up treatment on my eyebrows. Kat was brilliant from the start, she was very professional and also put me at ease about the procedure. She explained everything fully and I was able to ask as many questions as I liked during the consultation, Kat also said I could contact her following this consultation if I needed to. I was sent away will all relevant information and Kat checked on me in advance of my appointment to ask if there was anything I needed to know. Kat treatment room was modern and professional. It was spotlessly clean and made me feel safe. On the day of the treatment Kat talked me through each step as she did it and ensured I was happy with everything she was doing. I was involved with the shaping and colour of my new brows. She is a perfectionist which you can see in the quality of her work whilst maintaining a lovely 'down to earth' mannerism. The time flew very quickly and before I knew it, I was leaving with new brows! I have had many positive comments from family and friends and heard alot of 'they look so natural' which is exactly what I wanted and again reinforces the quality of Kat's work.
