Fabolous hair salon is amazing! They are nothing but professional and sweet to their clients , any time I get my hair done here I feel welcomed and comfortable; the hairdressers will make your hair look amazing , they also take care of your natural hair , and will advise you on the what treatments and products to use for your hair! I had an appointment on Monday 20th of March at 4pm, I brought 6 packs in some curly hair to do my weave , I told the hairdresser she Did not need to put all that hair I will keep the rest home. When I realised she had installed 6 packs of hair and the front part was really looking bad where she only left me a tiny bit of hair where she just left my 4c hair show up all the front and the top of the head , she unwillingly put some hair foam and quickly moved to do the hair of her friend which was drying her hair. I literally took that lack of care personal and I will not come back again , she charged me 60 pounds and I asked her how much was to take it down ? She shrunk her elbows. I that point I did not want her to touch my hair no more, I thought I was going to take out my hair home but at that time I did not realise how much my scalp was hurting and how tight it was the amount of hair she put was really heavy when I got home I had really really sour scalp the weave apart from heavy was stitched really bad…. I could not sleep and had a tremendous headache which was very intense for me to do any activity, my head was hurting so much. I called the next day more than 5 times and she did not pick up the phone. Next day I had to go to another urgently to a another hairdresser to take it off because I couldn’t stand the pain. Where she informed me correctly about wave took it off and I did it again, which she visualised how bad was my weave installed and damage did to my hair. I don’t think it’s fair for the costumer to pay for that service. Service: Hair extensions
