We went in for 'a little look' at engagement rings and came out 20 minutes later with the most beautiful North South Twist platinum diamond ring, a bottle of champagne and very wide smiles. Stunning jewellery all made by themselves, with a jeweller heritage going back many generations and absolutely lovely service. Couldn't have wished for a better experience

Hello. After purchasing my girlfriends engagement ring from Fabricius Green I can not recommend them enough. The service received is brilliant and they can not do enough to help, even with resizing and keeping communication with myself in the lead up to the proposal discreet as to not ruin any surprise. Nothing is too much trouble. One thing I particularly liked is that they did not try and push more expensive rings unlike some other jewellers I was looking in and respected what my budget was. Great that you can customise and pick and choose which diamond to set in which band, makes the ring that extra bit special as there won’t be many others the same. I was looking for a pair of aquamarine earrings for my sister’s 60th birthday to compliment the ring bought for her by her husband. Fabricius Green didn’t have exactly what I was looking for but Peter was so incredibly helpful. He produced two stunning aquamarine stones for me to look at, much larger than anything else I’d seen and with a beautiful colour and clarity. He then explained that he could make a pair of earrings for me and showed me a number of settings that I could choose from. When I collected the finished product I was delighted with how they turned out. They were gorgeous. I gave them to my sister yesterday and she was completely overwhelmed. Thank you to everyone who I came into contact with for a truly professional service. My sister is my only sibling and thanks to Peter and staff I was able to make her birthday very special for her.

Just collected my ring from Fabricius Green which was remodelled from both my engagement ring and eternity ring. I am absolutely delighted with the finished article. The help and advice I was given from Kat during the design process was brilliant. I was shown several options of settings/ designs until I found exactly what I had envisaged. The CAD images and wax model reassured me that the ring would be exactly what I wanted before I committed to its progression. I had not used Fabricuis Green before, but following this experience I would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family. An all round excellent customer experience.
