10/10 Customer Service. On my visit I was served by Nitto who was extremely knowledgeable on the fibres and their characteristics. He was very genuine and truthful in what exactly he was selling which many of the salespeople at the other stores weren't. He also performed a burn test to show that the fabric was the fibre he was saying it was - another proof of his credibility. He didn't pressure me into buying anything but instead was patient and helpful. I will most definitely be coming back!
