FANTASTIC ASSISTANTS. You can enter the shop with wheelchair next to a cutting counter but after that, unfortunately, there are stairs to all depts so not wheelchair-useful BUT the assistants there are so friendly and helpful they will bring the fabric bolts to you if you say what you are looking for. Came away with everything I needed. Brilliant 🤗
