Very poor customer service. Order placed on the 8th of January and still waiting for the sofa!!!! Lead time meant to be 3 months - now nearly twice as long! Noone updates you about the order, I need to constantly chase!!! Don't buy from this place!

Firstly where do I start I came in with my children and partner found a sofa which we loved first the man over charged and then said he couldn’t give a refund of the over charge as there’s no manager and had to wait around ! Got told a delivery date guaranteed and since then we have still not received our sofa Every week we are told delivery issues 100% percent next week To the point we’re I had to go back to the store and ask what’s going on They advised delivery definitely for this week Now I’ve called and they said sorry more delays next week. We have constantly been fobbed off and this company doesn’t care I asked to speak to managers, contacted via email And they won’t give any money back for inconvenience or cancel the order Just keep saying u have to wait WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

This company operates illegally. I paid nearly £2000 at the Fabb Furniture Store in Lakeside, Thurrock, for a 3 piece furniture suite nearly 6 months ago and they have failed to deliver. Email queries to customer services have also gone unanswered. I am now going through the courts to get my money back. Please be careful when dealing with this company. They are frauds.

Absolute NIGHTMARE. Stay away at all costs from this company. Was told in December 2022 that I would get my sofa in 7 weeks. I received it late March 2023. 5 Large pillows are now missing from our delivery. When we visited the Thurrock store we were told that the sofa we chose would be the quickest to get. Also if you miss a text message from the delivery company they cancel your delivery.

Although the store staff are Lovely , The after care and quality of the furniture itself are terrible. Reported issues the same week we took delivery , an engineer was sent to us who looked at the issues and agreed one issue is a manufacturer issue , the other fault which is the main one is still an ongoing issue , an electric recliner that’s creaks and knocks anytime it’s sat on ? We are told this is normal and it just needs wearing in? After 3 months the issue is on going and getting worse , the care team are rude and unhelpful. I was offered £100 refund for a manufacturing issue ? The sofas cost just shy of £4000 ? I’m disgusted by the whole situation and the quality of the furniture .

Lovely store with amazing staff who are so friendly and customer orientated. I was interested in a lovely bed and Aimee Jones showed me around, she is super friendly and offered me a great deal on a very expensive bed. She went above and beyond to the extent of the fact that I will always go back for more furniture and recommend her and the shop to my family/friends. The bed is also amazing and arrived within a week even though I was told it could take up to 3 weeks, the two workers who fitted the bed were also very efficient and completed the job within 40 mins. Overall a strong 10/10 for my service with Fabb and Aimee is amazing as a customer services representative as she has made me feel like I can always come back to the store for more products or help with my current one if needed.
