It is a dying business getting a key cut. I went to three places and they were all shut down. Had to bite the bullet and use the place that mends shoes. The two keys they cut did not work, one of them would not even go in the padlock never mind turn. I have used these new machines before and they were spot on.

Scanned the keys, took payment, took ten minutes, then said we can’t cut any of your keys. Why scan the keys then go ahead if they couldn’t do it? Needless to say after being on hold for another five minutes my refund will take 3 business days. Tried it once. Terrible. Never again.machine in b and q.

Needing a key cut in a hurry, whilst in b&q i used the My Key Machine. After going through the scanning and payment it finally said it couldnt supply my new key. No automatic refund and 2 emails so far not responded to. Ive yet to try the "help" line. Very poor and i wonder why b&q would be associated with this company
