Wanted a pump connector was very helpful gave great advice on the bike issues of leaving them out in all seasons suggested to bring bike in to have chain fixed. found a cable had wrapped itself around derailleur and two clips were missing when it was assembled by the owner.

Great operation, exactly what you would hope for in a local, independent bike shop. I booked in for a late notice service and they were really accommodating and helpful. Stopped on my ride at Fab Cycles as my gears were malfunctioning. My intention was to book the bike in for a check up, but they said bring it in and we’ll look at it now. They diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and then refused to take any payment..! Really grateful to them for their exemplary service. I have used them for two times before and I won’t hesitate in using them in the future ( and paying of course!)
