I paid £1k for a complete removal of my tattoo. My treatment is not completely finished. I haven't been for a while because of the pandemic. I called them to book appointment to continue my treatments, they told me that they don't do laser tattoo removal anymore because the machine is too expensive?? :D I asked what can be done because I paid for a complete tattoo removal with unlimited treatments with no time limit in which they need to be completed. They said they cannot do anything. No treatment, no refund, nothing. Steven wouldn't talk to me himself. His receptionist is unbelievable rude and careless. She said Steven doesn't own the company anymore, his company went bankrupt and this is a new company now which Steven works for, and this is why he cannot issue any refunds. A bit suspicious! Considering that they still have the same phone number, the same people, same records of their clients, same name on Google. Response: I started my treatments in 2019! I have been there in 2020 too. You selling your laser machine is the only reason you cannot finish my treatments. You need to take responsibility for this.

I cannot praise Steve enough ! I went for the first time to have filler to my lower face on Wednesday 23rd September 2020 and 4 days later I could not be happier with the results. The care, precision and time he took with the injections is second to none and I felt very safe, comfortable and at ease from start to finish. I will definitely be going back to him again whenever I need a top up and I can’t thank him enough. Highly recommend !
