BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL OR JUST AVOID! After buying a Porsche from them in March 2023 at the present moment mid May 2023. I don’t know in what state or when my car will be returned. I will update this review when I get it back, so for the moment, seriously if you are thinking of buying from them, think twice or don’t even think about it. I bought a Porsche 971 from them less than 2 months ago mid March 2023, on the handover I found out there is an issue with the petrol door, they say it's an easy fix, so I took it as I was not gonna drive back again. I had driven 4h to Leeds, so ok. I have barely driven the car as I have another for daily use and I’m planning to go to Le Mans so I take it to my local Porsche dealer to be checked for a “light fault” message on the dash, at Porsche they find the card needs: - Front disc brakes and pads as they are worn and touching! so, really bad and dangerous - Oil service - Aircon service Thinking they were reputable and it was advertised with certain specs, I did not check for all of them when I drove off but later realised that was not there, Porsche confirmed it came without those specs, so clearly misled by Kai seller and false advertising by F12. I made a complaint to F12 and told them the car is at my local Porsche dealer, Kim Thompson their complaints handler looks into it, they agree to look into the brakes but that they will collect my car from the Porsche dealer and take it to a “Porsche specialist” but they do not tell me where. So far their response has been: ““we as a dealership only provide the main narrative for the vehicles and Autotrader themselves add the rest.”… “I am sure you can appreciate that with these types of vehicles and the endless options that are available small errors can occur from time to time.”… “at the point of order there is nothing we can do and it does not affect the vehicle in a negative way.”’ “I believe is covered by the warranty do not affect the vehicles performance and therefore the cost of this should you wish to proceed with them will remain with yourself.”

I would recommend F12 Performance because the cars are brilliant, the deal was good and the service was first class. I mainly dealt with Kai who is friendly, down to earth, honest and very approachable. Throughout the process if Kai wasn’t available I dealt with Riz (who is also a great guy) and any question or query was always answered and followed up. A good experience all round.
