The F1 simulator is amazing! Highly recommend if you’re a fan of F1 or driving games in general. Staff was friendly.

Really good time at the F1 Arcade. The simulators were excellent, the food and drink was reasonably priced (London), and the facilities were clean. One thing that did seem a bit odd was the lack of F1 Merch etc on sale. It just felt a bit disjointed and gave the impression of being a bit "unofficial". As a celebration of the sport, it seemed like a bit of a missed opportunity. Would definitely recommend for any racing fan though. 👍

RACIST VENUE - went here today on a Thursday lunchtime. Great idea and I’ve been looking forward to going here and so had my boyfriend. We booked at the front desk and had food while we waited for our slot. When I went back to the desk as it was our booking time, I was told - very rudely that I need to queue up. I had and had been pushed in front of so I politely explained that I had been queuing and in fact, I had been pushed in front of and was concerned we’d miss our slot to which the guy on reception said ‘I’ll be with you in a minute’ and continued to serve the person who had cut the line. I moved on and the same man showed us to our simulators and I remained polite and thanked him. We had a bottle of still water on the table next to us and during our third race, the doorman stood over my boyfriend and said put that bottle of water in your bag right now! It was so aggressive and uncalled for. It also meant that our last race was interrupted and ruined. I understand that they have rules but we clearly were not drinking the water at that time as we were racing and so the request could have waited until the race had finished or he could have requested it go away once the race had finished. Either way, it could have been a polite request. I wouldn’t even mind but we had both ordered water to drink when we ate because neither of us drink alcohol or fizzy drinks! When I then went to the reception and explained that we hadn’t been able to finish our last race and the reason why (and may I add that I was very polite as I know it’s not her fault) the lady on reception said ‘right’ and stared blankly at me. I then said I just feel it was uncalled for and the way my boyfriend had been spoken to was inappropriate and she just said ‘that’s not a technical issue’. She literally couldn’t have cared less and the way she looked at me was so cold and frankly awful. I honestly thought I was talking to a robot at that point and so we left. I wasn’t asking for a refund or anything of the sort. I was merely giving feedback and to be honest an apology would have been all it took. We left feeling embarrassed through no fault of our own. I hate to make this about race but I feel that all three of the individuals that were nothing but rude to us were completely racist. I work in customer service myself and pride myself on being kind to every single person I meet and so I cannot think of another reason why we would be made to feel so disgraced. I cannot imagine the doorman would have even spoke to a drunk and disorderly person the way he spoke to my very introverted and very sober boyfriend. I will never return and will deter anyone I know from doing so too.

Have to say cannot recommend. For some reason they blast music in the game room. My Apple Watch was going crazy with the noise warnings. Don’t see why it needs to host music while gaming. Food is mid. And we got stuck in the garage twice when crashing in the game don’t really see the point of it doing that in rookie mode. Cannot say I’ll ever come again.
