I sent in a Sterling Silver bespoke large piece straight from the London Assay Office which arrived late to F Sinclair, they not only advised the best way to plate it but also did an incredible job for a very fair price within a now very tight time frame. Scott was super to deal with sending texts to make sure everything was as it should be and Darren on email was great with clear communication and pricing, I suspect they have to deal with many pieces arriving not as first explained. I’m not sure you can beat their expertise in this field. Fantastic results and totally happy.

I'm have been waiting a watch crown for my watch for more than an a month. I keep calling and I always speak to someone who doesn't want to understand the situation. I paid for the service in January and they sent it with a simple first class stamp. ( With NO tracking number! ) They tell me to contact Royal Mail but of course with no tracking number they can't do anything.... They don't want to give a refund. They said on the phone. I don't care ! Very very bad customer service. I do not recommend this place.

I couldn’t recommend these guys enough - so lovely and friendly, super knowledgeable, amazing customer service, in addition to really high quality playing and polishing! I initially went to them as they offer 9ct gold plating, which I was having trouble finding elsewhere! They also do silver plating and completely helped me out of a tight spot with a very short deadline I had, and after dropping pieces off at 7am, turned them around that day for me (and again the following day as I’d forgotten a piece!!)! I was super happy with the results, had some lovely chats with them and they couldn’t have been more helpful - nothing was too much trouble for them and I felt in really safe hands. If you need a friendly plater/polisher who go above and beyond to help and produce amazing results, these are your guys!
