Rang up for an eye test was really friendly and helpful until I mentioned I had a voucher through work. Quite quickly the person cut across me and said “sorry we don’t have any appointments for a few months” and then put the phone down. If they don’t want to have customers using work provided vouchers, don’t sign up to the scheme. Overall horrible experience and quite glad I will be not buying glasses from this establishment.

Been using this options for year's. Always welcoming and chatty, the receptionist is helpful and always ask me to check my new glasses before I go. Good friendly service. There is glocoma in my family so I get my eye's checked every 12 months.

The first thing the whole place smells of damp.then when you get your eyes tested it took just 5mins.the equipment they use is full of dust looks like it's not been cleaned in a long time wouldn't look out if place on the antiques roadshow then have to wait a week for my glasse that's fine but when I collected them they didn't even work for me so out of foucs they never even checked if they was ok for me the woman who works there just handed them to me i didn't say anything as I hadn't payed for them I got them free from my company.i put them straight in the bin when I got home.the old guy that did my eyes was so miserable never made you feel welcome and never said thank you for your business.whats that saying should have gone to Specsavers to bloody right.but I didn't I went to boots.5stars for boots
