I have a Longines Watch, it is pristine but over 30 years old. The watch required the Bracelet adjusting requiring a tiny new screw making as I had mislaid the part. Having contacted Longines on numerous occasions with absolutely no response, I assumed that the watch would need an expensive repair or new bracelet. My husband needed a new battery for his Raymond Weil dress watch and having used Meeks previously for battery replacements and an adjustment to a Rose Gold 1957 Longines Conquest a number of years ago. He suggested we ask Meeks for advice. We spoke to Ben at Meeks who made a new screw. He also adjusted the Bracelet and replaced the battery for me. I am delighted that I can now wear my watch again. What fabulous service and great to see that a traditional watchmaker and specialist exists in an age where the big Watchmakers are inflexible and are disinterested in providing an actual service to their customers once they have sold a watch. This is a great family business of many years and one which we are grateful was there to help us with a frustrating problem. Many thanks your service is much appreciated!

Brilliant! Meeks is the place to go! My 55 year old Swiss Certina automatic watch, (given to me by my wife when I was 21), 'could not be repaired' by the original watch maker or several other repairers because the original parts were not now available. Meeks were able to repair the watch using parts from their own vintage supply. With the watch serviced and the broken glass replaced, I'm looking forward to using it for the next 55 years! All completed at reasonable cost. Well done Meeks.

I have had two mechanical watches serviced Breitling, Raymond V and a repair and battery on other watch. The work was carried out quickly and without the huge expense some repairers would have charged. They are lovely family run businesses to deal with. This business would get six stars from me if I could award that many.
