Placed an order on Feb 1st, paid via credit card. Specified by phone and e-mail that I would need the items to arrive before Feb 23rd, was told that would be no problem. No parcel was sent by Feb23rd, so I wrote to cancel order. They then posted parcel on Feb 24th, despite me cancelling. I refused to accept delivery, claiming a full refund. Company won’t answer my e-mails or my phone calls, complete “radio silence” from them, they now have the parcel back at theirs and still keeping my money, refusing to dialogue. Stay away from this company, they are dodgy. I advise all my clergy colleagues to avoid this company, they are a scam! Hoping I will eventually get my money back, but doubt it…

We Have used FM Church Supplies for the past two years and it has reduced our annual sacristy supplies bill by over 30% without having to stint on either quality or quantity. Incredibly helpful at sourcing and supplying hard to find items. Excellent quality altar frontals and vestments at very reasonable prices. A few problems with the courier the company uses but FM sorted these out promptly.
