My dad passed away in May and had a Dignity plan. We chose Gibbs because it was near were he was born, in Kent Rd. We were so happy we did! Jodie, Rolf and all the Gibbs team were incredible, and helped us deal with everything. I cannot thank them enough for the kindness and attention to detail. Hi Ralph .i like to share my experiences with gibbs funeralcare . Four years ago we sadly lost are beloved mum . Gibbs was are family undertakens..so with my dad and brother we went to talk about the funeral and burial she would like. From start to finish the service and care and attention we received was and is outstanding .I since have attended many funerals for friends and family and gibbs have been attending. The service was exactly the same right down to Ralph lovely pocket watch!!!. My father and brother has brought their funreal plan now .I will be attending shortly to buy my hushands and mine.To put my mind at rest and know its all taken care off .
