I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy any jewellery from here had my engagement ring 7 months and my main diamond had come out. F.hinds had given me the same ring but a new one. Which the same has happened. Poorly made. No customer service are any help either! Disappointed and disheartened to say the least.

I would love to be able to review F Hinds jewellery but unfortunately I’m unable to. My fiancé and I found an engagement ring on the F Hinds website but when we went into the Frenchgate store to look at it, we were told by the young assistant to come back in half an hour as the “wedding advisor” was on lunch (at 3pm). Our plea that we didn’t need an advisor (we are in our late 40s/early 50s) and just wanted to look at the ring fell on deaf ears and so, feeling despondent, we elected to go to another jewellers in Frenchgate where we were served by a lovely, very professional lady who was happy to assist us to make our purchase.
