They spend money on ads as they desperately need sales but then have the grumpiest, most unhelpful, misery of a man answer the phone. All they do is sell metal but can't even answer basic questions. Typical small business mentality. I wouldn't even like to think what the level of service would be if you had a problem with the goods. Metal suppliers are two a penny - go elsewhere and don't waste your time dealing with miserable people.
