"serving the trade since 1889" I believe one bloke has been waiting at the trade counter since December 1890 and still hasn't received his steel. They are helpful friendly people (well they were, before they read this review) but very slow providing the steel and paperwork. Probably worth paying for delivery just to avoid waiting at the counter.
