I've waited over a month to leave this review incase Duncan sorted himself out. I'd not like to waste any more time on this man so I'll bullet point my terrible experience: - Pre sale Duncan is a true salesmen and seemingly a decent chap, but promises the world and delivers a load of rubbish - They tore the cloth and tried to fob me off by sticking a patch over it when I went to the toilet - Cushions were all deformed and unplayable - Table was no where near level - Cheap Chinese imported rubbish - Agreed to collect table for full refund - Stole my deposit and no longer answers calls or messages Spend your hard earnt money with Markham Snooker instead. Completely different experience and stunning table.

After sales in awful. Left me with an unlevel table, doesn’t wanna come back and doesn’t answer the phone. Eventually got him to come back, made me feel like it was my fault it wasn’t level. Also forgot to bring heads for cues, said he’d post them. Hasn’t bothered, chased Duncan and Henry but still nothing. Don’t use them, I wish I’d read reviews before jumping into the decision. My fault and I’ll learn but please don’t make the same mistake I did.
