Upon recommendation I hired this company for an end of tenancy clean. At the end of the clean, I had a brief look and there were things that had been missed. Upon returning to the property, I had to clean all of the kickboards in the kitchen that had been missed before handing the keys back. On the checking out form, they had reported the filters of the tumble dryer & washing machine being missed, cobwebs, plug sockets that hadn’t been cleaned, residue to oven, all of which I will be charged for. The company offered to rectify these mistakes, however it was too late as the keys had been handed back & tenancy ended. I will now be held liable for all of these mistakes. When I approached the company, they said that I should have checked at the end of the clean, however I trusted the company would do a through end of tenancy clean as requested and not miss simple tasks. I had time to have a brief look but not an in depth one. Really disappointed and a waste of money as I could have done this myself. Service: Moving-related cleaning
