Absolutely disgusting service do not buy from FB vans as i have been missold!! Went to look at a van was told ex dpd and that the van had full dealer service history, which they would be able to get me a copy of. Collected the van didn’t give me a copy. Collected the van in February, still waiting for the service history, have since been chasing it. Spoke with the owner who have told me to chase this myself with Mercedes/DPD. Mercedes have now told me that there is no service history on their side and even rang dpd who weren’t aware of the service history! AVIOD THIS COMPANY!

Cost me a day off work. And a tank of diesel to collect a van. Which when I arrived after 4 hours drive, had multiple fault lights on dashboard. Either very unlucky or dishonest. Wouldn't go back or recommend.👎

All I can say, is do your research from buying from this place. We bought a Mercedes vito van from here. Ad stated 1 previous business owner and a FSH. Once we had handed over our money, we discovered there were 3 previous owners and the service history was never provided. We got our money back, eventually, but this wasn't easy and was probably helped by the fact we had screen shotted the original advert and all the correspondence from the guy who sold it to us.

Recently purchased a Vw crafter 5 tonne van from Frank who was a pleasure to have dealt with !!
