    Order partially fulfilled. I contacted customer services and the employee showed no client management skills. I was tòld that the product was unavailable whilst the company continued to sell it online. Next, I was told somebody else would contact me the following day. Of course it didn't happen. I then sent an email...no response. Another call and an apology was given and I was asked uf I would accept a larger unpackaged quantity of the item. If course I would! Another person called me to apologise and said that the product was available and would be with me Monday or Tuesday. Didn't happen. Waited in on Wednesday as I had a notification from their courier that delivery would happen on Wednesday. Yes.!!!!! No. Tracking disappeared 2 stops before delivery. Thursday... out for delivery... No. Never dispatched. Refund has been given but not the point. Customer Service has been shambolic. As an aside the products I did receive, are different from my childhood memories. Won't be using the company again

    Unable to fulfill order placed over a week ago, with last minute feeble excuse. An excuse that changes every time you speak to them. Everyone involved with the order seems to be new to their job, but blames somebody else. Will not use again, despite other positive reviews, and will advise all contacts in the hospitality sector to avoid them.
