Kwok is a talented bike mechanic but alas his rigid mindset hampers his ability to provide a reliable device, he seems unable to think or communicate once his preferred course of events is disturbed. He had broken my bike unintentionally but couldn’t provide suitable solution and then couldn’t discuss this verbally and instead insisted on returning the bike in an un-rideable condition to a position where I had to push the bike home - I don’t think this was in a mood of spite but purely an inability to think rationally or communicate effectively - a very bad experience and I one I will not be ready to repeat

I needed a part for my bike after mine failed, I found ezocycles on Google. K went out of his way to help me. My carbon bike failed and I got an aluminium frame, k moved my drivetrain over. I had an issue with a chainring, k sourced and replaced it. This man is fantastic at what he does, very informative and shares his knowledge to educate. The support for key workers who used bikes in the peak of the pandemic was an endless help to myself and others. I couldn't recommend anyone else to those who need a quality result and pleasant experience.
